“ Could not recommend more! The food is AMAZING, the staff are so lovely and warm and we couldn’t have asked for a better night! Four of us ended up sitting at the bar area ( we hadn’t booked prior) but it didn’t matter, it made the experience even better, everything was just 10/10. “ Cannot praise Casa Carlos enough. Right from being greeted by the lovely Sophia the atmosphere was second to none. Feeling relaxing, comfortable and at home it took me back to my many times abroad visiting tapas bars certainly could have been anywhere but Wigan Town centre. We were offered drinks then later ordered our food at no time did we feel rushed and our personal requests were taken into consideration with no fuss. Oh my days the food was delicious and presented so well and good portions compliments to Callum the chef perfection on a plate! Deserts were delicious almost too nice to eat as they were presented so well. As we wrapped up our dining experience we all agreed we would definately be returning . “ Visited last night for the first time. Absolutely gorgeous food, lovely ambiance & excellent sangria. We chose 6 dishes between 2 of us and we couldn’t finish it all. The mussels special was delicious and the sauce was lovely with soft bread. Sophia makes an excellent Biscotti Cheesecake! No doubt we’ll be back. ”
